Long Distance Moving Cancelation Policy

Due to scheduling and routing reasons for Long distance moving, deposits/fees are not refundable, unless To the moon services Llc is notified, in writing 10 Business Days Prior to your requested first available pick up date at info@tothemoonservices.com stating the intent to cancel the estimate. A 10% cancellation fee of the deposit will be charged on all credit card refunds. If the first scheduled pickup date is within 10 business days of the date the reservation was made, then deposits are non-refundable. Moves cancelled inside of 10 Business Days of the first available pick up date, are only entitled to receive a credit of the deposit for future interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within a 12 month period from the date of cancellation. All refunds will be processed by the next billing cycle. I understand that if I refuse pickup by the carrier I am forfeiting my deposit.
